Mila Kunis Biography
Mila Markovna Kunis, Better known as Mila Kunis was born into a Jewish home on August 14, 1983 in Kiev, Ukraine. At the age of seven, her parents moved her immediate family to Los Angeles because they wanted to provide young Mila with every opportunity possible. However, there was one major setback as a result of the move; Kunis had difficulties in school because the language barriers. Therefore, she was unable to speak/understand English. Kunis learned English by repeatably watching Bob Barker’s “The Price is Right” since he spoke slow enough for her to understand.
As Mila grew older, she attended Hubert Howe Bancroft Middle School in L.A. Besides her regular day school activities, Kunis took after-school acting classes because she has always admired actresses at work. Both her parents and instructors noticed something special in Mila’s acting abilities. They also appreciated the fact that she has heterochromia, meaning that her eyes do not match in colour; one is blue, and the other is green. This uniquness made her a hit infront of all directors. Her parents auditioned her for minor roles in children's programs and television commercials which laid the foundation for her marvelous acting career. Since then, Mila appeared in many TV shows including “Days of Our Lives” as a young Hope Williams, “Bay Watch”, “7th Heaven”, the voice of Meg Grffin on “Family Guy”, and the role that brought her most fame; Jackie Burkhart from “That’s 70’s Show”.
2002 was a huge year for young Mila Kunis. That year, she was ranked #54 in Stuff’s “102 Sexiest Women in the World”. She also started dating actor Macaulay Culkin in mid 2002. She claims that he was a huge “Famliy Guy” fan, and loved her cahracter, Meg Griffin.
